metal detection

jewelry are too close
to sensor area
• Remove jewelry & re-scan
Diffi culty in
scanning near
door or windows
• Double or triple
studs are common
around doors and

• Detect outer edge instead

than anticipated
• Static charge may
be present on the
wall surface
• Scan a smaller area
• Turn off the electrical
circuit and identify metal
wire instead

the wall to drain static
